Quick Start Detox:

What you need

· A thermal bag to carry your drinks

· Mason jars to store the drinks

· Juice from Natura

· Total Vegan Protein drink


· You can get any juice place but Natura is cold pressed and so you can keep the juice for 2 or 3 days. Wherever you go try to get cold pressed but if they don’t have it then get what you can.

· Go to Natura Juice and get the Greenfield. (Kale, celery, spinach, romaine lettuce, parcel, apple ginger).

· Have enough so that you can drink it whenever you want. I use about 32 to 48 oz a day

· I suggest you get it in a mason jar (they sell them) because it is very easy to carry with you, store and clean.

Protein Drink

· Get the total vegan Protein powder from my office. I like it because it is not made from whey or soy.

· 2 scoops to 16 ounces of water.

· Each mason jar is 32 ounces so I use 4 scoops.

· Drink it whenever you like.

· I suggest making enough protein drinks for 3 or 4 days at a time.


· You can add Davidson’s pasteurized eggs to the protein drinks. They are pasteurized so you don’t have to worry about salmonella. I suggest whipping them in a blender then adding to the protein drink.

· Eggs are the cheapest form of good protein so if you want to use less of the protein drink to save money add these raw eggs. Once scoop of protein drink is equivalent to 2 eggs.


Have the Fat/Coffee drink for breakfast. When you get hungry drink the protein drink. When you feel like you want solid food, eat the foods on this page. If you want something sweet have another protein drink or fat/coffee drink.

It is not necessary to eat often. Just eat when you want it. Later, (a few days) start doing this in a small window of time (click here). For now this will give your body fat which will make it easier to get off of sugar.

· Other than that eat lean meat and cooked vegetables. (steamed, grilled, or even in a wok). Do this once or twice a day.  You do not have to eat often.  It is actually better to eat more of your food in a short time period then go longer time without eating.

· It is better not to have fruit but you still can have some depending on your goals.

· No nuts or seeds they will cause problems with your ilio cecal valve.

· This is basically to get you off the cycle of eating badly.

· While you do this you can think of other recipes if you like cooking, but just the more you stay off dairy, grain (bread and rice, and sugar the better you will feel.

· You can do this juice and protein drink idea as long as you like.

Solid Food ideas:

· Grilled chicken, fish or steak with or without grilled or steamed vegetables.

· Hard boiled eggs

· Canned Tuna or chicken. You can add some vegetables to this but don’t use too many raw vegetables. Again this will cause a problem with your ilio cecal valve.

I understand the down side of eating canned fish or chicken but this diet is simply to get you started today and it is made to be easy. You can worry about going organic later.

You will find that your tastes will change. Once you stop eating junk food then simple grilled meat and vegetables will taste great.
